 Mr. Creatura was appointed Chief Financial Officer, Royal & SunAlliance Canada in June 2007, a role in which he is responsible for finance, legal, corporate strategy, and mergers & acquisitions.
Mr. Creatura is an accomplished insurance executive with twenty years of finance leadership in the industry as well as five years of public accounting and audit experience. Most recently, Mr. Creatura held the position of executive vice president and CFO for Liberty Mutual’s international commercial property and casualty business, Liberty International Underwriters (LIU) based in Boston, Massachusetts where he held responsibility for finance, actuarial, and information technology across offices in North America, Western Europe, Asia and Australia. Before joining LIU in 2000, Mr. Creatura held senior finance positions at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company and Chubb Insurance Company of Canada. Prior to that, he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers for 5 years.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Accountant.
